When your documents expire you will be required to upload them online.
Step by step guide:
- Login at login.kapten.com
- For vehicle documents, Go to 'Cars' and select the relevant car. For driver documents, go to 'Drivers' and select the relevant driver.
- As below, you will see which document has been rejected or has expired. Press ‘Replace the document’:
Press ‘Select a file’ and upload the new document:
When updating vehicle documents, your documents are only submitted to our team when all of the documents are updated. For example, if your vehicle has two expired/missing documents, our team will not receive the vehicle to validate until the second document is uploaded.
You will receive a notification when a member of our team has verified the document and you are ready to drive again.
