The most common complaint that we receive from customers is drivers starting the waiting time before they have arrived.
Waiting time should only be started when you are sure that you have arrived at the correct pick-up point and you are ready for the customer to get into your car. If the waiting time is started before being at the pick-up point then we will deduct the waiting fees to ensure the customer is charged correctly.
Our system is able to show when the waiting time has started, as well as the pickup point. Adjustments are made based on this information.
