Payment is made on Tuesday for all money earned during the previous week. It may take 1-2 business days to reach your account and will be delayed by one business day for every public holiday.
If you have waited 2 business days and your payment has not arrived, this can be for one of four reasons:
- You have not added your bank details to your account
- Your bank details are incorrect
- You added or updated your bank details too late to be used in the most recent payment run
- Your bank rejected the payment
If you are owed payment and our bank informs us that your payment was not possible for any one of the above reasons, you will receive an email advising you that this has happened.

You will also receive a Weekly Summary showing a breakdown of your bonus payments.
You will be paid for all trips up to Sunday 11:59pm so trips taken from Sunday midnight through will be covered in the following week.
